Two (2) qualified fireplace installers (Quebec Qualified Construction
Tinsmiths - Companion and/or Apprentice)

One (1) Technical Dispatcher - Technical verification of sales and
scheduling of installations.

One (1) technician in industrial design, manufacturing, industrial
engineering
